City of Reno administrative offices will not be open on Friday, July 4, 2025, due to the observance of Independence Day.

Recreation facilities and pools operated by the city will also be closed on this date. However, Traner and Idlewild Pools will remain accessible during their usual hours. Residents can find further details on the City’s Parks and Recreation page.

The Reno Police Department has provided information for those needing assistance during this period. In emergencies requiring police, fire, or medical intervention, individuals should dial 9-1-1. For non-emergency situations, residents are advised to contact Dispatch at 775-334-COPS (2677). Additionally, online reports can be submitted by visiting RenoPD.com and selecting “File a Report.”
