Christopher Perez, a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) at CHAS Health in Spokane, Wash., was recently featured in an interview with KSPS-TV discussing his career path and education at Carrington College Spokane.

 CHAS Health is a federally qualified healthcare center that provides medical, dental and behavioral healthcare services to the Spokane area. Christopher’s role is to provide accurate documentation and facilitate billing to make sure everything goes smoothly. He learned about the industry at Carrington College where he transitioned into an internship at CHAS Health.

 The interview was part of CareerExplore NW, part of KSPS Public Television, in partnership with the Spokane Workforce Council. For more information on CHAS Health and to learn more about Christopher’s path to professional success, please view the video below.
